Sort of a silly question. Instead of 5, why not a 100 mph tailwind ?!

Usain Bolt runs a 100m race on a train that leaves New York at 3:30pm, and must reach Washington no later than 5:10pm. If it stops at least 3 times en-route, how long does he have to dance if he runs 0.01s faster than the current world record if it were run in a universe with 7 extra spatial dimensions?

              Calculators are allowed. Good luck.

Well, according to this wind calculator...

                  http://myweb.lmu.edu/jmureika/track/wind/index.html

he would have run 9.42 with a 5m/s wind.

Here's another impressive way of looking at it:

He would have run 9.99 seconds into a headwind of 5.3m/s.
