cuban names

is the iaaf messing up cuban names, or have they changed? i see yargeRis savigne on their website. is it girat or giralt? i've seen both. and did osleidys menendez change her name to olisdeilys, which is how it's listed now?

Re: Giralt, his surname definitely has an 'l' in it, but there was a spelling mistake on his passport and because names on accreditation have to reflect what's on your passport, he's kind of stuck with incorrect spellings at championships until he gets a new passport!

I'd noticed the incorrect spelling of Yargelis too, but don't know what the story is there.
