Not to undermine an incredible heat run by Jamaica, or be Ferguson cheerleader again..but BAHAMAS pop a huge season's best and barring a dropped baton, look like a LOCK for bronze. Christine Amertil could actually get a World Outdoor medal.....
The really ANNOYING thing is that this team was available last year but never got around to running together ergo didn't qualify for Beijing where as it so happened, they could have reclaimed their Olympic title. That was a very REAL chance, let slip.
Come on Debbie, 2 medals.

Throw VCB in there, have Kerron run all out and the WR is on........
What order would you do Phil?
SAF to start makes the most sense to me. I'd throw Kerron out there for the 2nd leg. Run Bailey or Facey (Facey the better turn runner) on leg 3 and have VCB close.
But, it looks like they want Kerron to anchor so with VCB coming into run that 3rd leg I would go:
SAF-Bailey-VCB-Kerron....
It would be a shame to waste SAF's start. She does the most damage over the first 50m but after that she can be run down. She needs to be on that starting leg to maximize her contribution.

Man that 2nd heat was slow.. lol, good for Germany who knows they may get a Bronze with a good lane.
Phil - Yeah I'd rather see SAF at the start, ah well.
WHAT DID I SAY!
