Slightly off-topic but I am still pissed they didnt get Timmermann to present the Mens shot put medals. He is IMO the greatest Shot putter ever and is a Berlin boy.

Women's 200 they had Pauline Davis?!?!?! where's Merlene or Gwen or Irina.
Women's 100 they had Marie Jose Perec when she shouldve presented to Sanya Richards in the 400.

          Just some examples.

True, true. Did Heike present anything??

I was thinking TImmermann specifically because he is actually from Berlin.

I moan about this every champs when marlies gohr, anna quirot, michael johnson, martine hellman and diane gansky (on the same day and both looking incredibly hot) heike drechler, said aouita, steve cram, steve ovett, seb coe, irine swezinska, wilson kipketer, maurice green, donovan bailey, hazely crawford, madelaine manning, dick fosbury, ulrike meyfarth, greta waitz, denise lewis, colin jackson, jan zelezney, hanna haugland, igor ter ovaneshyn, torston voss etc etc etc are all in the stadium why on earth would you want to get a medal from the vice chairman of some IAAF technical sub committee???

I haven't seen all the medal ceremonys but so far I've only seen MJP (for wrong event) johnathon edwards, lars riedel and Hicham el guerrouj are the only athletes I've seen giving out medals. I've heard :eike is as well so hope they saving her for the LJ
                    i deserve extra credit
