Usain Bolt returns......

Bad news for the Usain Bolt naysayers. I had a look at the 2004 version of Bolt (more muscular) doing 4 x 4 duty for the IAAF High Performance Center (Jamaica) at the Gibson Relays, Kingston, Jamaica on 28/2.
He looked just as impressive as ever (44.8 relay split) and on his leg destroyed 200m world championship silver medallist Chris Williams who has garnered 4 x 4 medals from Sydney and Edmonton. Hard to imagine based on this performance that he won't improve, and if he does .........

I'm pretty sure NO one was a Bolt naysayer; it's just that we hope he doesn't burn out from too much too soon. The rounds will be tough on him, but he is certainly a medal prospect - maybe even gold, given the current depressed state of global 400 times.

any chance the depressed state of world 400 is due to increased drug testing vigilance...or just a down phase due to MJ retiring??
