The sprint hurdles might just be the best of the sprint events at Gateshead.

In Zagreb, Nesta Carter's name is on the start list, interesting. Phillips and Jackson should be good to watch, as well as Haper versus Ennis-London.

          Women's 800m includes Vessey and Willard !

As a matter USA respect, I would love to see both Vessey and Willard blow by
Jenny Meadows of GB on the home straight.

I, too, would like to see that W800m in the 2009 British GP at Gateshead. So can one of this forum's well-informed denizens advise us of scheduled TV or web presentation of tomorrow's meet?

One portion of the meet website offers video of Gateshead 2008 events:
            http://www.uka.org.uk/e-inspire/uka-...00m/?locale=en

But it would be good to know, in advance, of coverage (real-time or slightly delayed) for the 2009 meet.

Evidently Demus tweaked her hamstring and won't be in Zagreb.

The only person I've been beaten by this season is the world record holder and I intend to keep it that way in Gateshead."
                    A quote by Gay from http://www.morethanthegames.co.uk/athle ... grand-prix

That had me laughin cos of how easily it could be misinterpreted to mean he intends to keep it that way, meaning, still remain beaten by Bolt...lol...
