    Re: World Indoors on TV??

Opening page of T&FN website has this:

INDIANAPOLIS – The 2004 IAAF World Indoor Track & Field Championships will be televised in the U.S. on a one-week delay basis on Fox Sports Net. The championships will take place March 5-7 in Budapest, Hungary.

The event will be televised the weekend of March 13-14. The broadcast times are determined by the regional Fox Sports Net affiliates. Check local listings for air dates and times near you.

    >Correction! It's 2:30 Eastern.

It's different for ever affiliate as it probably takes a back seat to local games, the worst damn sports show, and did you see that?

Check your local listings for times in your area.

Yeah, saw that's its on Fox Sports Net. Problem is they never stick to their schedule. It's like whoever works in the video department just grabs the first available tape to play next. It seems rather random.

ANd only 1 hour, that is quite a disappointment.

Walt, that's the kind of disappointment I'd like some more of. Now I just need to go somewhere where I can watch it, as I don't get that channel.

If you're going and need a stringer.....(of course someone would have to pay my way)

Sorry to disappoint the cynics(:-), but there will be a 1-hour show on FoxSportsNet--I believe it will be shown the following Saturday--I'll keep you posted.
