Initially, O'Sullivan's record looks relatively soft. But then it could involve something like a 4:18 mile (4:00 1500m) with a last lap of ~67 sec.. Considering that sub 4:00 times for the 1500m are now relatively uncommon, and that a last lap closer to 70 sec looks more likely, the record looks pretty good.
