It has been a long season, Merritt was undefeated at his specialty and he is a WINNER. Merritt doesn't have to apologize to anybody for that. If he was being defeated and not running well, you might have a point. Just win, baby.
Let's see: I believe Merritt has the five fastest performances of the year and that his best time is .47 faster than the next fastest performer. That is complete and utter domination, and yes, it is impressive. I will add that I feel SORRY for your athletes if you judge them so harshly, and their parents should not have you calling them the skinniest kid at fat camp. That is abusive."
