Article says that along with new surface, the entire facility is being renovated, which I didn't know. You'd think there would be some drawings or a press release about the new facility on their website. Maybe there is, but top secret is the way they usually do things. Don't know why.

Best news from the article is that the men and women will be competing together more often.

UT, if I'm not mistaken, has a strange set-up: the track (and stadium) is NOT part of the athletic department but owned by the school.
