  • NAIA indoor

I've been officiating today (5 March 2004) at the NAIA Indoor Championships in Johnson City, Tennessee. The meet venue is the "Dome" at East Tennessee State University, similar to the facility at University of Idaho in Moscow.

ETSU has lots of seats, with a relative steep pitch that assures good vision of the huge competition area including a six-lane, flat floor track of 280 meters length.

Here is a URL for results:

    Re: NAIA indoor

I enjoyed competing there and the seats were great for watching the whole meet. I thought it was silly not to let the fans and athletes on the stands by the homstretch. It was difficult to really see what was going on in the long/triple jump from the other side.
