    Noticed that Allan Johnson is consistently slower in reaction than his competitors. Just at this meet? Or is this a consistent thing for him?

I think that hurdlers (for whatever reason) seem to have the 'best' reaction times and looking at the mostly .11 - .14 times, I'd say the .10 time is right on the money.
