All-time indoor list for Juniors (world and US)

Can anyone tell me where to find an all-time indoor list for Juniors (World and perhaps also US)?

IAAF doesn't have indoor junior/youth lists.

Jack Shepard's year end list is a great resource for US list but you can't find it online you have to order off of the dyestat site.

This is the best indoor list of class records I have seen so far.

There was a list that was very good that the class record list was from but that site went down and the above list migrated to milesplit.

You can also pay at tilastopaja.com and get probably the best searchable database I have seen but as I said before you have to pay for it.

I have never seen an all-time Junior indoor list.

I think some of the World Indoor Champs stats manuals have world all-time junior indoor lists, but I've never come across any on the web.
