i was there for saturday's events. men's high jump was great. i wish rock would have had some competition in the 400 - 46.4 all alone isn't too shabby. and i saw the pole vault results - wow!

Being a UWL track alumni I was very impressed by the results. Coach Guthrie and the alumni made a big push to get as many alumni at the meet as possible. Being in Arizona I couldn't, but knowing my fellow alumni I am willing to bet there was a very strong contingent at the meet.

I have been very excited about what Rock might do this year since seeing him compete a couple of times last year. He should be in the invite 400 at Mt Sac this year; hopefully the Baylor boyz will make the trip. Go Eagles!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PS. The job coach Guthrie has done is absolutely amazing, keep it up coach.

rock will be in the invite 400 at drake relays and mt. sac. i talked to his dad after the meet yesterday and that's what he said. i'm pretty sure he'll also be trying to defend his 200 title outdoors.
