WADA, USOC, and USADA are in harmony:
ARTICLE 17: STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS
No action may be commenced against an Athlete or other Person for an anti-doping rule violation contained in the Code unless such action is commenced within eight (8) years from the date the violation is asserted to have occurred.

There has been comments about athletes passing the test and later are found to be dirty.
Testing isn't a proactive measure, it's a reactive measure. It's totally about whether or not an individual will decide to cheat. As long as you have that willing mind to cheat, we'll always have those who cheat and will continue to stay ahead of the curve.
We'll continue to have these types of discussions as a result.on the road
