Marlow I think you are being accused of starting a "rabble-llion".

I know, partly why you were banned last time, but keep doing you. By the way, you both need support, I understand. Why don't you get back on topic, how bout that?

The topic is about Bolt, less you forget.

Less? I forget more and more every day!

          OK, here ya go . . .

          Fact: Bolt can run 42.9.
Whether he trains for it or not is immaterial.
Whether he does it or not is immaterial.

How many other people can you say this about? I can't think of one. I think JW can get close to the WR; I think LM could too. Someday, someone will run 42.9, but TODAY, I can confidently say that "Bolt can run 42.9."

            That isn't a fact, that's conjecture, fact is Usain hasn't run a sub 45, let alone 42.9

Speedfirst what I don't get is how you can be so contradictory so often and never notice? How do you argue press people about their opinion, conjecture, hyperbole, etc. Which you acknowledge is just an opinion. But you ? You went into the threead about jamaican dominance and added NOTHING to the thread other than repeatedly saying what Mo Green said was just an opinion. As if anyone said otherwise. You go into the thread about the jamaican 4x1 being "very" difficult to beat and criticized Fraters "opinion". But can anyone tell you different about gatlin's comeback? Of course not. Since as you've said repeatedly when defending your own opinion, you have a right to your opinion.

So the moral of the story is that you can have an opinion, and YOU can predict the future. Just so long as no one else does while disagreeing with you.

IMO when he does drop an eye opening time, it warrants the talk about breaking MJ's record or running some off the chart time.

But so many people are caught up in what Usain has done in 100/200m the last couple of years, well that doesn't and hasn't translated to a sub 45 yet. Here come the excuses, he doesn't run enough, he doesn't train for it, he was out all night partying, okay all of those might be facts, but again what also is a fact, he hasn't run under 45.
When will we get a comment from our best noted poster on this board. I will assume his mandible is being surgically replaced. LOLOL
