Bitter blow to the Duck hopes for a national title. Asselin clipped Blood not once, but twice and forced Blood out of the race, costing the Ducks 6 or 8 points. The official immediately threw up a yellow flag at the second infraction and my guess is that Asselin will be DQed. Little condolence to Duck fans.

UPDATE: After a long delay, Asselin was not DQed.
