that's a "PR" but total wind is now 6.4, so if he's to get any record consideration, his hurdles tomorrow has to be a negative wind of -0.4 or more.

yes, Hardee (sigh) also illegal by stupid new IAAF rules. NCAA rules still have the old wording.

We'll abide by the new IAAF stricture, which for now probably makes Pappas the standing CR holder.
