Harrison to No. 5 on all-time collegiate list. (Not bad for somebody who made the Olympic team in another—albeit related—event!)

Not bad at all. However, something similar could be said for Joanna Hayes ('99 and '03 WC team at 400h, Oly gold at 100h!) 12.37/54.57

Should be some good comps this weekend. Already today:

100 Hurdles
Section 1 Wind: 1.5
1 Harrison, Queen Quedith SR Virginia Tech 12.65

Section 1 Wind: 1.4
1 Demps, Jeff SO Florida 10.11

Both of these are great college marks, but given that Demps has run 10.01, the 12.65 is most impressive to me.

Also, a pretty good LJ at 6.88 by Blessing.

Harrison has so much room for improvement ... the 10.01 is the world junior record and it was run at the Olympic trials. I don't expect him to run that fast at the beginning of April, especially the year after surgery.

Gotta love being one of the two NCAA indoor finalists in your event, then having your triple jumper teammate jump into the event and beat you both.

(Granted, he does have a 45.34 to his name from last year).

Kevin Young (13.65/46.78) would have to be at or near the top of the men's list

Edwin Moses (13.64/47.02), Kerron Clement (13.77/47.24), Johnny Dutch 13.68/48.18, & Ken Ferguson 13.53/48.15 come to mind. On the women's side, don't forget about Jackie Joyner-Kersee's 12.61/55.05 whenever she wasn't doing the hept.
