Overlooked World Record?

Haven't happened across any news copy anywhere (not that I went looking hard), but if you go to the IAAF yearly lists for the women's half-marathon, the mark isn't on the list, but it's listed as the World Record at the head of the list

Kamiel Maase heeft zaterdag het NK Halve marathon gewonnen tijdens de City Pier City loop in Den Haag (1.03.14). Door de aanwakkerende storm moest op het laatste moment de finish verplaatst worden en werd het parcours op de Scheveningse boulevard verlengd. Ok, I am going to give gh the benefit of the doubt and assume that he was just kidding when he started this thread. I know that sl, dl and bh would have known that was wrong. I'd be the first to admit that there are many field events that I couldn't tell you what the WRs are(except for the high jump before you guys all jump all over me), but, wholly smokes, you would think that whoever was updating that site would have known immediately that there was some kind of a mistake. Even if the person was just some kind of data entry person, something must have sunk in just by way of osmosis.
