The PDF mechanism used to create the newsletters has been upgraded at our end, and apparently this is creating problems for PC users (but not those on Macs); the fix is for you to download the latest Adobe Reader (free), which I believe is 9.3

Since nobody ever commented on this, hopefully the problem (one for which we're lacking an explanation on how it happened) wasn't widespread. Anybody have any difficulties with the one sent today, eTN23?

I don't recall ever having problems with e-TN's, even the ones supposedly defective. Thank you for sending them. I don't want to state the obvious; uselesness of the dailies regarding T&F results.
