  • Fast 3200 from NJ Meet of Champions

Tonight in the NJ MOC, Jeremy Elkaim ran 8:46.08 to win 3200m. He out kicked 2nd place finisher Joe Rosa (8:48.55) with 3rd place Mike Mazzaccaro in 9:02.46 and 4th place Boo Vitez at 9:06.47. Overall a pretty deep race!

I was also impressed by Ajee Wilson the sophomore who won the 800m in 2:04.9. I read that she also ran 4:43 in the 1600 and 54.5 in the 400m last week! Great strength and speed! She is certainly one to watch.

She's only a soph? She has a legitimate shot at the National records if she stays healthy and and can continue to improve. Those are 2 very big "ifs" when it come to high schoolers though.
