What purpose does it serve to offer only low-resolution thumbnails?

Provide full size jpegs and you'll have a whole new generation of potential subscribers downloading your photos. You lose nothing in exchange.

We've got high rez versions of most of them but I've got a grand plan for them so right now low rez is all you're going to get.

        Re: Past T&FN Covers

I went into Sports Illustrated's website for all their covers since 1954, and blew up to about 5" x 7" and printed two of my all-time favorite SI covers ( Sime/Morrow '56, and Brumel '62 ). They looked so good, colors came out great; I put them side-by-side in an el cheapo 8.5" x 11" frame and put them on the wall in my basement.

Pretty sure Ben is still kludging at least based on the fact that they went off line briefly this morning-not long enough to compose an email though.

Ben explained that in a thread that now appears to have been pulled.

I found it too-honest. Didn't realize that it was that far back and couldn't edit my message fast enough with this damn dial up I have at home.
