      Actually, TAMU is the 3rd ranked engineering program in the state behind UT and Rice. They just produce the most engineers.

        The first google hit says these are the top 10 Eng schools

        2, 3, 4, 5, 8, and 9 have high-level T&F programs. I'll have to assume that #9 has the best 'throws program' among them, at least to Mr. Crouser.
