Someone else owns his domain (www.justingatlin.com) and wants to sell it for a profit. I tried contacting him just to find out if he plans to do something with it and he basically wants to make money from it.

Plenty of athletes have issue with this, such as Warren Sapp a few years ago, when people would purchase a domain name under their name just to sell it or use it to promote another product without their consent.
