Incredible for Cragg and McDonnell. Lassiter stated on record that he left his Arkansas training camp for Coach Li, because John McDonnell was only a "college coach." Absurd if you look at what Falcon was able to accomplish, and what Cragg is poised to tackle this summer. Kimani:s collegiate coach helped train him to the point where he was able to run 13.10 out of season.

Cragg has such trust in his coach, and it is beautiful to watch the synergy between these two grow.
