What is going on with 2009 Prep Gatorade athlete of the year ASHTON PURVIS?

i was told by miami media relations in the winter her debut would be delayed by a few meets, but to the best of my knowledge she has not COMPETED since a prep in CALI the spring of 2010.

Is she still with Coach Deem & Miami? She is a once a decade type talent and I have not seen a story on her, or why she has not been heard from.

Any info would be greatly appreciated!

injury problems plans on running next year, as she said a minor setback leading to a major comeback.
