I received a packet from USATF with a ballot for the Track & Field Hall of Fame, both the Modern and Veteran. I have no idea how I got on the list. I haven't done anything for the FAST annual for a lot of years, I haven't been a T&FN correspondent for a longer stretch. It's a bit of a mystery. Did any of the board regulars get one of these?

You're a long-time FAST member. After the passing of Scott Davis many mailing lists were reconstructed and updated, including the Hall of Fame list.

My guess is you hadn't received a ballot since the time you moved south because your address had not been updated. The last time a major overhaul of the HoF mailing list was done was back in 2004.
