Unless you are just getting into track or re-emerging and could run 22-23 in your younger age - it will be extremely tough - stay healthy - train fast - slow stuff trains you for slow stuff - focus on turn over and flexibility
You can get half a second or so by running on the lane inside yours on the curves but to get 2 seconds you'd probably have to go 3-4 lanes and even I couldn't get away with that.
