Adidas - Rise of the Intelligent Shoe

Well, Adidas has thrown down the gauntlet and opened up a whole new can of worms with the unveiling of another German state secret billed as the "intelligent shoe". The smart shoe is computerized to adapt the cushioning to both the size and stride for all conditions.

This opens the debate as to "shoe technology" now in that I can see stealth shoes now coming into the market where a runner can suddenly change from middle distance shoe to sprint shoe for that last dash to the finish. Should make for some interesting controversy Looks like pharmacological advantages aren't the only ones to be debated anymore!
