I must admit I am a bit disappointed he cut his hair. But the facial growth looked good.

Rose has had his hair that short for about 20 years, if not longer. :lol:

Around a 10:45 2 mile. Pretty cool. Great guy too, from Bristol.

The 8% conversion factor would add 0.8 min, or 48 seconds, for a 10:48.5 mark.
