I agree. I plugged my mac into my hd tv, and it's wonderful.

It is indeed great. Unfortunatley, feed buffers alot which is annoying.

Terrific run from Richards-Ross, running 50.89, just missing 2004 PR of 50.82

edit - lol, that's EXACTLY what Hutchings just said. I should be writing copy

Giancarlo Esposito was raised near The Armory and is a T&F fan- I think he may do some PR for The Armory Foundation, which has a big presence in the Quisqueyano Heights area

I had a similar reaction: "Is that Buggin' Out from "Do The Right Thing?". Wow!"

PS: I hope you will all join me in watching the live stream for the UAA Championships later this season.

                              1. I'm glad they did this. I'd love to see live streaming of more meets.

                              2. It's called track and field. I'd rather see much more field events and fewer meaningless races.

                              3. Get rid of Dwight Stones.

                              4. Only bad thing about Lagat's 5000 is I wish he would have met Centrowitz in the mile.

                              5. Why not have the women run a mile too?

                              6. They tried to get cute and introduce Centrowitz last in the mile introductions, but it screwed up the flow of the whole thing.
