Penn Relays TV???

Usually I am a regular attendee to the Penn Relays, but this year I cannot make it. I really do not want to miss out on all the action, so I was wondering if anyone knew of any alternatives so that I can see most, if not all of the events. I know the events in USA vs. the World are usually on TV but I like watching the high school and college kids as well. I've heard that Penn Relays TV is pretty good with having the races online rather quickly so that could be an option. If anyone has any experience with Penn Relays TV please let me know. Thanks

dont know about penn relays tv, but the elite section of the meet is live on nbc 1 pm edt/10 am pdt for two hours.

I believe the website Flo Track carried most of the Penn Relays live last year except for the "USA versus the World" races.

there's a small fee for signing up

start thrsday morning thru end of day saturday...
