Big Green Book says add 0.12 (although I think it should be more) for a 2.6 wind. Ergo:

Turkey:s Elvan Abeylegesse whopped the 3000M field (15,8 seconds) with a winning time of 8.35,83 - 3,9 seconds off her PB/NR.

Kenya:s Eliud Kipchoge KEN 7:33.37 ... defeats Shaheen by 1,40. Five (5) under 7.40,00.
