I just watched the Big 12 outdoors and Wariner from Baylor ran a 44.4 400m but was DQed because he stepped out of his lane. Could he run under :44 this year?

The Plot Thickens
Big 10 400m Dash:
1 272 Neville, Dav Indiana 47.45 45.05*REG 10
2 487 Potter, Mitc Minnesota 46.47 45.27*REG 8
3 492 Steele, Adam Minnesota 46.90 46.21 REG
400m NCAA Final - provided all players qualify - should be a barn-burner with possible 5-6 under 45,00 in a gutsy, no-holds-barred race.

Re: The Plot Thickens
Wariner hit a provisonal qualifying time in the 200 meters at the Georgia Tech Invitational yesterday with a PB 20.61.
I seriously doubt he will submit an entry for that event in the trials, although he may be considering a 200/400 double at the NCAA MW Regional.
