he false started last season for a reason, he was not confident and feared Blake would beat him, i'll even go as far as to say he false started on purpose to get out that race and not reduce his value by loosing to Blake...
I'll put ten bucks up saying he will not race Powell in rome and if he does and wins its just another Asafa Freez up and not Bolt dominating.
His form and ease when running is not the same, this new bolt looks like he's running with ten ton legs, not the fluent gliding bolt that left Powell and Gay in the dust in Berlin.
lol. U a correct because he will better 08 and 09!! He is ahead of those yrs with today's run. And for your information u need to read what is going on. Coach Mills said the plan was for Bolt to slow down for a couple of yrs so that his body can recover from running so fast in those 2 yrs. He has pick back up the 08 training levels for Bolt. As i said he will be in world record shape come London. Period. Believe it!!!

It's May 25th. Not so fast. By the way, until Blake approaches Mr. Gay's times (who ran a 9.69 with a jacked up groin), he doesn't get the crown just yet.
Bolt struggled to run 10 flat don't talk 9.6 with me. It may not take a fast time like that to claim gold in London.
Still believe he won't run faster than 9.6 lol. Bolt is gonna make all u guys that doubt him look like a fool. I will revisit this post August 5.

So, if he's behind previous year's with a particular performance, it means nothing. But if he's ahead of where he was then, it means definite WR. I see...

Want to contrast the last two meets for Bolt? Watch the 10 seconds after the race. Last time he was awkward, if not limping and then bent down. Here he forced the camera men to run 75 meters, a la Berlin and ....

Oh, the other end of the race was also good, may be the best he has done in several years. I am not sure if that is repeatable at will, but if so, the odds went back up a lot. Powell, after a atypical Powell start actually ran well throughout, not really being distance much more by Bolt (even the last 10m) and he kept at least even or gaining on everyone but Frenchy.

I just re-read this topic with Bolt's 9.76 in mind to note the posters who really know nothing but make forceful statements based on ignorance...they know themselves.
