In the 400m thats difficult to do.

Absolutely, but that is far different than saying he is going to be in the top two or three again. He seems to be done - the excuses seem to continue to come. The facts are the facts - as of now and since the last couple years he does not have it. If he is running like this at trials he may not even make it.
