Obviously Ottey has the longevity the fast times, as well as a good amount of consistency at championships.

She's been fortunate to win at all levels, but legend should be reserved for a select few and I wouldn't give it to her. I would have no problem putting her on an alltime best list, but that doesn't automatically denote "legend".
