Re: if VCB wins 100 & 200 would she be considered a Lengend
Honestly Im not sure if she would but it would be great if she did. I think her only chance for gold is either in the 200m and possibly the womens 4x100m. The womens 100m is pretty much dominated by Carmelita Jeter so As hard as it is to say it, she is the clear favorite to win the w100m at the olympics. And plus with the way allyson felix has been running lately the w200m gold may be hers also.
Either way I wish VCB the best and hopes she shows put at the Olympics.

ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! There is no way she can be a "legend" when she's probably not even top-5 ever in the 100 or 200m. She's been fortunate to win at all levels, but legend should be reserved for a select few and I wouldn't give it to her. I would have no problem putting her on an all-time best list, but that doesn't automatically denote "legend".

If she would have three medals of any value, then it has to be eight.
She will be the second in the list of Olympic medals, after Merlene Ottey.
Of course she will become a legend.
And when you consider the fact that she had three gold, it is much better than that of MO.

In fact, for once I agree with Trackdaddy in that if Veronica doubles(as expected), she will lose the 200m especially if Felix only runs the 200m.

Obviously Ottey has the longevity the fast times, as well as a good amount of consistency at championships.
