      Formchart codes:
"To aid in knowing who really has a shot at going to London, we have coded all the Olympic qualifiers. ¶ = A-qualifier, * = B qualifier"

      Great addition !

Jeff See recently just got the 1500m Olympic A standard.

Also just out for curiosity, where would you guys rank Ashley Spencer if she was running the 400 here?

Didn't Jack Whitt recently get an A standard?

The m10k will be an interesting race if Rupp is really going to pace Ritzenheim and he is chasing his A standard.

Have I missed something? How on EARTH is Andrew Wheating favored in the 1,500?

Also surprised to not see Madison in the mix for the 200m. Even though she only has one mark, I think her 100m has proved she is ready for trials.

Well, he did beat Centro in the Harry Jerome, clocking 3:35. If it comes to a kicker's race as it often does, IF Wheating can summon that great kick he had as a collegian and first year pro, he'll be tough to beat.

don't know if you're chain-yanking or what, but if you're seeing her listed your cache is calling up an old version.

I believe their may have been some questions about the validity of the meet. The amount of unbelievable trash that poured in from "last chance" meets in East Podunk the last couple of weeks has been staggering.

Here's what I see under 400 on the womens formchart link in the far right column of the homepage(Under "The Olympic Trials")

guru - I thought you were joking also... try these two direct links for the June 19 versions:

gh - you get the latest formchart if you go to "Formcharts" or "The Day's Best Reading" but I see what guru is saying, as the M&W formchart links under the "Results Links" section still directs one to the old formcharts

Re: final Oly Trials predictions now posted

So, I guess off the top of my head the first two that I am wondering about are:

                          1. Walter Dix being listed 3rd and 2nd in the 100m and 200m (didn't he just have a hamstring injury and have to fly off to some surgeon in Europe for surgery a week or two ago? Is he really expected to be recovered enough by a few days from now to perform at anywhere near that level at the OT's?)

                          2. Ritzenhein listed #2 in the 10k. He's not even listed in the 5k, and then in the 10k it shows an asterisk next to him meaning only a B-standard, whereas other strong guys below him such as Tegenkamp have an A-standard. I may have forgotten or missed a big win or strong placing by Ritz in a slow-pace race or something, so, wondering if this is the case (if so, I would like to know (I'm asking genuinely, not snottily, I have missed several meets this year, so I am actually really asking)), or, is he just being ranked high based on the AR from a while back?

He's not listed in the 5k, and it shows only an asterisk-time for the 10k, so, I am wondering why he is ranked so high for the 10k if there are lots of guys who have put up way better results in the 10k (I may be overlooking something obvious here, so I am actually genuinely just asking, not trying to initiate a debate or anything)
Probably because the prognosticators want to look as good as possible and will look better when Ritz does finish 2nd.

For easy picks, are there easier events to pick 1, 2 than the women's HJ and women's SP?
