    Flashresults had better do better than this

    This really isn't rocket science . . . the OT results site is saying the decathlon 100m is "completed" but when clicking on results, it still says "Results are not yet available."

    I wasn't watching the HT live yesterday; were results being updated throw by throw? If not . . . without streaming, without genuine live results, this is very disappointing.

    If you,click on decathlon scores you can get the results of the 100. It ain't perfect, but then this ain't a multibillion dollar sport with massive sponsorship either.

      Seems to work fine now. Yesterdays hammer results were working fine as well, auto refreshing itself after every throw.

        The problem apparently was part mine, part the way they have the site set up. I tried clicking on results at a couple of minutes after the first heat was supposed to have been run. and (rightly) received the message that results were not yet available. But now that seems to be stuck in my cache, and they've set the site up so that if you hit refresh, you're flipped back out to the main results page (not even multi-events).

        I opened a different browser and got the results.

        The problem with streaming is not money; shoot, the NCAA regionals were livestreamed. Lots of ricky dink track meets are livestreamed. The problem is that USATF signed the streaming rights away to NBC, which chooses not to stream it. If this is the greatest track meet in the world, as gh contends, and if USATF cares about increasing fan support, these days USATF should make sure that it is streamed.

            What am I doing wrong? Yesterday I got complete HT results with no problem.. Today I am told to join Twitter to get results? :?

                Belated thought. Maybe they could add (or subtract) reaction time. :?
                The runner who left the blocks last actually covered the distance in less time.
