Having a press credential for all future WCs, but not really having to do anything. Just watch the meet and log my impressions. Sort of Scott Ostler but only for T&F.

    >>>You have a fixation on '57 Chevies?<<<

Went down there a few years ago. I've always been facinated with Cuba. Even in its present condition, it's a beautiful city. I love the people, the music. Also, it's not a bad track city! :-)

We stayed at the Habana Libre hotel where CNN has their Havana bureau. I thought then those guys have a good job!

This isn:t my dream athletics/sports job, but it would be cool: To be the person who flashes the results on the field monitor after an athlete crosses the line, lands in the pit or steps out of the throwing ring with a new world record.

Ed - think I might have you beat - was just a track junkie - HJ'er who does multi's in Masters, volunteer coach for years, also Official - now job requires me to work on Track and Field stuff all the time - testing, new designs, go to meets, but - also means I live in the flatlands of Illinois - no more Wisconsin
