    If you go to this page on the IAAF site

    http://www.iaaf.org/statistics/toplists/index.htmx

    several lines down at top right you'll find a link that gives you a PDF with the the 16 teams that currently lead the qualifying procedure. (Note that the OG for the first time is capped at 16 teams in each race, with average of two best races being the criterion for entry.)

    Should mean that we'll have a lot of relays in Euro meets this season!

      The current bubble teams:

      China 39.25
      Botswana 3:05.07

      Brazil 44.20
      Italy 3:32.09

        ...and not just Euro. Osaka, Doha and Rio all held relay races this year (both 4x100 and 4x400), as will Belem. The Olympic qualification rules have certainly made relays more popular !
