Re: 2012 Lausanne M-100m (Non DL): Blake 9,69 (-0,1) Gay 9,8
For me the best performance post-championship in 100 is Bolt yet.
His 9.77 -1.3 with 0.223 reaction, wet track and cold weather is super amazing

*Edit* ok if you wonder how i approximated 9.87 - i didnt just pick it out of the air. I asked my mum. And she said that i would run really really fast.

Yes Epelle in basic time are tied.
So i tell IN MY OPINION, is the best race Brussells 2008 because Bolt had horrible reaction time, wet track and big negative wind

You're right. At 9,70, it's not the fastest. It's tied with Bolt for the fastest post-champs best. I do not take into account RT in any of these races.

Re: 2012 Lausanne M-100m (Non DL): Blake 9,69 (-0,1) Gay 9,8
It is not the fastest post-championship race(in basic time).
We should remember 9.77 -1.3 Brussels 2008, in adittion with 0.223 reaction time
Blake made a perfect race, with incredible first 30m(usually that part is a little bad for him)and with great reaction 0.143 i think.
In my opinion the 2nd best race post-championship in the history

Can't believe Blake just ran 9.69 and its Bolt( yeah, 19.58 is good, but i dont think it makes the top ten all-time) that got the headliner on the IAAF report. Phew!

Credit must go to coach Mills. Although Blake was a talent from his high school days, four years ago this dude was watching the Olympics from his living room, now he has a World title, a pair of Oly silvers, 19.26 for 200m and now 9.69s. Remarkable.

Re: 2012 Lausanne M-100m (Non DL): Blake 9,69 (-0,1) Gay 9,8
What makes Blakes 9.69 even more incredible was that
1. Not only was the race run into a negative wind.
2. Just saw his interview on Television Jamaica and he said he is currently suffering from the flu and wasn't at his best in the race. He sounded downright awful.
Magnificent performances with two major things against him.
