Brent Noon - Whatever happened to him?

Whatever happened to shot putter Brent Noon? He rolled up many accomplishments in a short time and then seemed to disappear. Anyone know what happened and what he is doing?

He was banned for 2 years in 1996. Not sure if he ever came back.
