D2 Nationals can produce some pretty interesting results. I covered it at San Angelo (Texas) two years ago, and had the pleasure of watching Abilene Christian's Meresa Cadienhead high jump 1.95 (6-4 3/4). Quite impressive for an "inferior" division.
