Delilah Muhammed's 54.74 is a PR by 1.30 seconds, her previous best of 56.04 coming in 2011.
She is 23 years old, born February 7, 1990.
She is a graduate of USC.
And she is a graduate of Benjamin Cardozo HS (Queens NY), the same school Sabrina Southerland (2:03.59 indoors this year) attends!!

With Kori Carter, Georgeanne Moline, and now Delilah Muhammed having the top 3 US 400H times this year, is Lashinda Demus's time at the top of the US (and world!) heap.....over??

ADD: Oops! Just checked the US list, and saw Muhammed had a 54.94 from April 28 at Irvine.
So her new PR is by 0.20, not 1.30.
Although it IS by 1.30 from before 2013!
