Re: 2013 NCAA—w200: Duncan leads Q at 22.15w
gh you infer honest effort rule on Gardner. Was there actually any protesting of her effort? I remember many years ago a DQ on someone from Arkansas or Oklahoma in the 4 or 8 for this "cruising" and they did DQ.
May not matter if the ankle is injured to the point it hinders her in the 100 where the margin between 1st and 4th is narrow indeed as well as her impact on the Ducks relay if injured would be huge.

Re: 2013 NCAA—w200: Duncan leads Q at 22.15w
Has anyone ever seen K. Duncan show signs of tying-up (grimacing, etc.)? She always seems under control, relaxed in her face and form, very smooth - even more so than Felix in my opinion.

Something went wrong, and whatever it was doesn't bode well for the Ducks!!
