I'm not sure what the best ever mark for the men's shot put on a Monday is, but I think it could be interesting this Monday at Stanford. Maybe we should check with Jed Brickner. I know he keeps track (or use to) of those days-of-the-week marks. By the way, this Monday is John Godina's 32nd birthday and he is putting at Stanford on his birthday. Should be a great competition with less than seven weeks until the OT in Sacramento.

I wonder what the record is for the farthest shot put on an overcast day with a north-northeasterly wind in the 4th round with a 3-year-old shot while wearing Reebok "Spin" shoes.
