Hopefully, she is training through this, as she can't really afford to be too sharp if she's going to peak in Sacramento. I don't know if she's planning to double at Austin. That might not be a smart move, in order to avoid a big crash (getting sick or something). But she sure was killer at the SEC meet.

How can an athlete go to a race fresh after such mind-numbing, mechanical training sessions? Do they think that the Africans are doing this kind of nonsense?
These idiots need to read Percy Cerutty's books again, assuming that such coaches can actually read.
